Private one to one and Couple’s lessons are the best way to learn if you want to develop your SUP skills at the fastest possible pace. Private and couples SUP lessons are ideal for anyone who would like this level of individual attention and feedback by themselves or with their partner joining in.

Advanced SUP Surf Lesson

These lessons are a 5 hour whole day lesson and are carried out by our experienced instructors, these lessons will be tailored to people that have already completed a beginner lesson and can stand up paddle already and are confident with paddling and controlling the board. Our trained instructors will help you to achieve a good understanding of sea safety and wave etiquette , paddling techniques, board control and finally catching the waves.

Family SUP Lesson

Want a couple of hours of fun then come and join us for a Family SUP Lesson. Depending on your level we can start you on the basics or help you develop your SUP skills. When we have mixed ages we like to put one of our assistant instructors with the group so there is help for the adults and the younger ones. (Over 12’s advised).

Beginner Stand Up Paddle boarding Lessons

Our beginner Stand Up Paddle boarding lessons are aimed at getting you to be safe in open water and to get you Standing Up and Paddling (SUP), having fun in a safe environment! We will introduce you to the equipment, how to paddle out through small surf, enhanced turning skills, wave selection, positioning and surf etiquette. This will allow you to hire SUP equipment from us TICKET TO RIDE

(Over 12’s advised) – children under 12 will not handle the boards

Junior – 12 yrs upwards

Adult – 16 yrs and over
